***DON'T FORGET ITALIAN NIGHT***

We need Volunteers & Bakers!!
Adult shifts include
 4:15-5:30pm.  - set up, serving food
5:30-7pm. Includes: serving food, some clean up
7-8pm. Includes: clean up

5th grad shifts (Parent must be present)
4:15-5:30pm or 5:30-7pm

Baked Dessert Items should be dropped off at school by 4:00pm on Thursday!!

Bring in a donation box of Ziti with lines (and get a raffle ticket) tomorrow or Wed to school

Italian Night is Coming!!




Italian Night at Johnny Appleseed School

Adults - $6.00 Seniors - $4.00 Children under 12 - $3.00

**RAFFLE BASKETS**

Raffle tickets are $.25/per ticket or 5/$1.00. They will be sold in the cafe January 6 – January 12 during students’ lunches and January 12 during dinner.

*ZITI DONATIONS*

Students will receive one FREE raffle ticket for every box of Ziti with lines they donate.

(1 boxes of ziti = 1 raffle tickets, 3 boxes of ziti = 3 raffle tickets!)

Ziti donations may be brought in from Friday January 6 – Wed January 11 and are collected first thing in the morning.



*WE NEED YOUR HELP*

Parent Volunteers: 

Volunteers are needed for working at the event and baking. Volunteer forms were sent home today but you can email jaschoolpto@gmail.com with what shifts you are available

I can bring baked goods to Johnny Appleseed on January 12, 2017 anytime before 4:00pm.

Fifth Grade Student Volunteers:

It is a fun tradition for our fifth grade students to help the PTO by taking on the role of young servers during Italian Night. We need students to help serve lemonade and water, clear tables, and set place settings for our dinner guests.

It is required that a parent be in attendance while students are working. If the parent is able to help while there, that would be great too!

All student volunteers must pre-register in order to work that night. Please fill out this request form, return it to your teacher and arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Thank you for your help!

*Placemat Ads*

In order to defray the cost of food and paper products of this fundraiser, we are offering advertising space on our placemats for businesses and families.

The cost for a business card ad (2” x 3.5”) is $40.00. A double size ad (4”x3.5”) is $70. Family members can purchase a personal line ad for only $10.00. This is a great way to show support for your school or send a message to your child to honor his/her hard work and efforts this year. What a fun surprise for your child to see their name and words of encouragement in front of every diner that night!
